CRAP. I just broke my desk. HELP.
I'm in the office today and I just jammed my top desk drawer open.
I put a large binder in the bottom drawer earlier and I think the flap is stuck open and jamming the top drawer open.
I'm too embarrassed to call facilities, but I can't figure out how to jimmy the drawers so that I can move the flap on the binder.
Any ideas?

After a few minutes of trying to remove the drawer, shaking the desk and just trying to stick my hand in the drawer, I realized it wasn't going to work.
I had to go to our Admin to ask if she had a ruler or something and she said this happens all of the time. She handed me this long, heavy, flat piece of metal and said to use it to push the stuff down in the drawer. Lo and behold it worked.
I feel totally dumb, but our Admin is awesome.
Thus why people should never talk down to their admins.

Try what T suggested. Is there a way to reach into one drawer from another open drawer? If so, you have more poke/wiggle/adjust options. If that fails, then pull/push on the drawers and the cover of the binder will eventually bend. You'll need to replace it, but you'll be able to use the desk.

Do people really do this? I love my Admin. (Not only for this) But she's super duper awesome.
Yes, there are some people that do. Not very smart, IMO. They're your gatekeepers and can either make your (work) life easier or hell.
