Hello Ladies!
I used to post *infrequently* over on TK board ... and I think I might have posted over here once or twice way back in the beginning? But I don't remember. I came across this board in my bookmarks folder and spent a while looking over old posts catching up and decided that I wanted to try to rejoin the community ... 
So anyway, my name is Julie, and I married Hubs on August 28, 2010. We bought his childhood home from his parents in October of 2009 (brilliant idea the year before our wedding, right?) and have done practically nothing with the place besides a minor kitchen facelift since we bought it (we seriously have no pictures on the wall, it's really pathetic, I need help ... haha). We have one furbaby, Rory (a cat), who we treat like our firstborn - she's such a sweetie.
I'm glad to see so many Aug10's doing well, and I'm looking forward to getting to know you (again).

DH and I live near Cleveland, just bought a house in March. He's in IT and I am a retail slave. We have a dog named Bear, a ball python, a scorpion, a tarantula, a ferret, a chinchilla, a newt named Gingrich, and a beta fish that lives on our kitchen counter.

I'm Alex, and I live in IL with my hubby Bobby. We have our little baby, Zeke, our rescued pit bull puppy who we spoil way too much. I'm a middle school Language Arts teacher and Bobby works as a claims rep.
We've owned our house for over a year now and still have hardly anything on the walls, so don't feel bad! I attribute my semi-bare walls to my decorating ADD and my inability to commit to paint colors and specific styles. I love decorating, but have such a hard time choosing items, especially wall art. Take a peak at the D&R board if you ever need ideas; those girls are very helpful, too!

I'm Erin, Me and my DH Jordan got married on August 21st. We live in Portland Oregon with our rescue puppy Ru, and cat Tootsie. I'm a student studying to become an elementary school teacher.

I second the cute kitty comment! Her fur markings are very unique also.
DH and I are Bay Area dwellers, and we recently bought our first home this past spring, and adopted two little fur babies, kittens we've named Wyatt Earp and Banjo.
You'll like it here, the girls are really supportive of each other, and if you ever seek advice, we are honest without being rude! Which is a rarity on some boards, I've heard/read.
Basically we are awesome...but I'm not biased or nothin'... :-)

I'm Katrina, married to Darren. We were married Aug. 7. We live in MN with our cats, Lucy and Buckley, and our dog Enli. All crammed into a one bedroom apartment! I'm an administrative assistant for a venue management company, D works in a call center and hates it. So it goes.
