OMG. i freaking love this show.
i was confused about the warden... she knows about amanda being emily or no?
i was waiting for frank to be gone. REALLY wasn't expecting real emily to be the one to kill him. i wonder what she will be like in the hamptons? ahh.
tyler is still such a creep! and i'm starting to think ashley might be as well.
nolan is going to use the film against tyler? idk about that one...maybe he will just use it as blackmail?
i almost felt bad again for victoria. it was over quickly.
as for conrad and lydia...i'm so not team lydia so wonder what will happen there...
REALLY not exciting about waiting 2 weeks for the next!
Re: revenge 11/2- spoilers.
She knows. Emily (the real Amanda) called her and warned her Frank was coming so she could be prepared.

yeah but does she know that real amanda goes by emily? b/c she called the warden from a phone in her box...
-I am almost 100% certain (we'll going with 99.97%) now that Charlotte is Emily's half sister. I put money on the fact that Victoria was pregnant while Emily's father was on trial.
-I cannot decide if he is gay or if he is using the tapes for blackmail. I seems like he is going to keep having sex with Tyler, so I am leaning toward gay.
-Lydia waking up is going to prove to be interesting. I am eager to see how much she remembers.
-I cannot decide if Emily really likes Daniel or if she is a really good actress. She did tell Nolan that "Daniel wasn't a target." Curious to see who kills him. I am starting to think Tyler does.
-I was surprised that Emily Thorne was not a made up alias like I assumed it was. I guess it makes perfect sense since she needed a past.
-I am dying to know more to the back story with Emily/Amanda and the warden.

nolan said he was a 3 on the kinsey scale. which i didnt know what that meant. so i went to google.
0 being straight. 6 being gay. nolan a 3....so i'm leaning towards bi. i guess?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kinsey_scale (cant clicky-on mac)
I am a lesbian and I didn't even know that 3 was middle ground on the Kinsey scale.
Guess I'm a 6!

She's a really good actress. Did you see how she stroked and gripped the arm of the swing while kissing Daniel? She'd totally rather be with Jack. Daniel may not be a target, but he's most certainly a pawn in her game.
I think we'll find that the Warden helped to facilitate the whole switch. It seemed pretty clear to me that she knows at least *something* - she even taught Real Amanda Now Emily (RANE) to never underestimate her enemies. I'm betting RANE came to trust the Warden while she was there and when Nolan brought her the Box o' Truthiness, she went to the Warden for help facilitating a background that would allow her to exact revenge.
I think it's interesting that Real Emily Now Amanda is going to come hang out in the Hamptons. Will she assume a *new* name, or totally eff with everyone's heads by being the Amanda Clarke Jack knew and loved, the one that Victoria never wanted to see again. I can't imagine that she *can* be Amanda Clarke there, unless Fake Emily and she come up with a really good story for how the eff they know each other.
Oh, and good riddance to Frank. Dude was stressin' me out.
I think Nolan's going to keep screwing around with Tyler and I'm guessing he'll enjoy it to an extent, but I think his goal is to ruin Tyler, ultimately. Tyler's going to think that he's stringing Nolan along and keeping Nolan from spilling Tyler's real past, but Nolan's just going to wait for the best moment to reveal all and have them rid of Tyler for good.
Ashley annoys me and I don't trust her.
I think it's a good call by PP that Charlotte may well end up being Real Amanda's half-sister. I hadn't thought about that, but that would be an interesting twist.
Last night's episode answered a lot of questions I had, or at least started to.
I agree that Nolan is stringing along Tyler and I agree that he's waiting for the right time to expose him. My guess is, he'll spin it so it looks like Tyler stole money from him. I assumed Nolan was either bi or gay from the beginning.
I also agree that Charlotte is Emily's half sister.
I'm glad Frand died. I actually cheered.
I am hoping that Real Emily has either been well paid to keep the story a secret or she is in on the plot all together and ok with it. I think it would be fun to see the Real Emily screw with other people's heads, but it's a huge risk her to be there.
After last night I don't trust Ashley either.
As of right now I think Tyler is the shooter. I have a feeling that Nolan gets into his head, and he will get stressed out over the Grayson finances. Not to mention Daniel is starting to trust him less and less.
RIGHT. frank was putting me on edge, for reals.
i'm starting to think more that charlotte may be the half sister too. it's def adding up.
i forgot to say that douchebag-declan was pissing me off again last night. he needs to get over himself. he has NO reason to act like an ass to emily.
Very good episode!
Whoever called Charlotte and Emily (real Amanda) being half-sisters a few weeks ago = brilliant! I thought that was definitely made clear last night when Victoria said the birth of Daniel bonded them more than anything else. And ditto the PP who said Victoria was probably pregnant with Charlotte (by David Clark) during the trial.
I really want Tyler to GO, ugh-he's disgusting and disturbing. I wonder what Ashley's angle is--I guess we saw the first glimpses of her not being the sweet angel we thought she was.
I wonder if Amanda aka real Emily aka stripper, was the daughter of people who died in the plane crash. That would make her killing Frank more understandable.
Yes! I was getting all anxious and sweaty-palmed watching him unravel Real Amanda's story!
And I agree with the point about Declan. He acted a total jerk at that dinner.
This show just keeps getting better and better.
I def think Emily is faking her interest in Daniel. I think she likes him as a person but def isn't in love with him. She does have feelings for Jack.
I'm glad Frank's dead and the him finding real Emily is such an interesting twist. I'm really curious what her back story is and what will happen with her in the Hampton's.
I don't believe Charlotte and Emily are half sisters. Victoria has such a tense relationship with Charlotte. I think if she were David's daughter, she'd have a better relationship. The flashbacks show that she did love David but didn't want to lose her money.
Nolan is using Tyler. I'm not sure what he's up to, but he def isn't being played by him. He's in full control.
Tyler can go. His storyline seems unnecessary to me. I'm interested in what Ashley's storyline is.
ETA: Also, I'm really curious about the warden's involvement in Amanda becoming Emily, etc. I wonder if she had a prior connection to David, lost someone on the plane or just really likes new Emily.
Oh yes, they definitely alluded to Charlotte not being Conrad's during the interview. That was very interesting.
I was disgusted with Victoria for ruining another family to save her own. Why would she think they'd take her kid(s) away? She would just have to make a life for herself - so she chose to stay with the $$$$.She totally deserves RANE's revenge (I love that, BTW).
I couldn't believe Frank was so stupid to not see that RENA was going to try to cause him harm in the parking lot. Not sure if he's really dead though, I just don't think it's going to be that easy.
Glad to see Tyler's true colors coming through, although I don't buy that his parents are poor now and he's trying to get in with Conrad's business. I think he has deeper motives than that. I'm glad Daniel is getting sick of him. Ashley is a moron. Love Nolan, he's always one step ahead.
I imagined that she is being paid - why else would she have killed Frank?
I love this show - each episode gets better and better.
I don't think that RANE (Real Amanda, Now Emily - I like that abbreviation!) is really in love with Daniel. I think that she's just using him to get close to the family. I don't think that she intends to hurt him, though.
Nolan is genius and I totally think that he's playing Tyler. I hope that we learn a little more about exactly what Tyler is doing here.
I had thought about Charlotte being RANE's half sister, and I think it's plausible. The timing seems to be right for her age and maybe Victoria is so heartbroken about David that she holds Charlotte at an arm's length because of that.
I'm disgusted, too. Unless she had an involvement in the money laundering, she would have just been poor. But that's OK because David had money, just not as much as Conrad.
With David Clarke ruined she wouldn't get any money and would be out in the street. I don't think Conrad knows that Charlotte isn't his child. Although I see your angle. Maybe Charlotte was used to patch up the bad relationship after the trial and since it didn't happen there is a lot of resentment for Charlotte. I'm still holding out that Charlotte is Emily's half sister.
David Clarke wouldn't have been ruined if Conrad had gone to jail for what he did. David was only ruined because he was Conrad's fall guy.
Maybe not ruined, but Conrad said they would lose the company, and with David working for Conrad or having some type of financial ties to Conrad and the company he could be in for a financial downfall. Victoria probably realized this and decided to be with Conrad.
True. He probably could have put the pieces back together but he wouldn't be a Conrad Grayson.
I don't think that Nolan is related to Emily. If you remember, he said that David believed in him and invested in him when no one else did/would. So, I think that Nolan just really cared for David and since he promised to take care of Emily (promised to David) he is just making good on that promise.
I just started and finished all the episodes, yesterday! I LOVE this show.
I agree with everything all of y'all have said.
This may make me twisted, but I thought Frank was hot. He made me nervous and I'm not sad that he's gone (maybe), but his ruggedness and build was smokin' hot.
Actually, as the 51% majority shareholder in Nolan's company, David's fortune would have surpassed Conrad's--just as Emily's does now. Guess Victoria didn't know about that little investment, lol.
The more I think about it, I think the real Emily (now Amanda) was related to someone who died on that flight. That explains why she attacked Amanda (now Emily) from the get-go and also why she killed Frank.
I agree with the bold, I can't wait to see how it all plays out...
I really enjoy this show so much, it sucks you in. I want to get to the bottom of why Victoria favors Daniel over Charlotte. If Charlotte is David Clarke's daughter, then why wouldn't Victoria's love for David carried over to Charlotte? I assume Victoria feels extreme guilt for her role in David's downfall (and death), but you can tell her love for David is still there.
I love Nolan's character. I hate Tyler and Declan annoys me to no end. That actor who plays Declan annoyed me when he was on Gossip Girl too.
I want to know more about the warden and that backstory. I'm a big fan of the actress too, LOVED her on The Shield.
Blog: Call Me Imelda
I assumed the investment in Nolan's company was post-jail, but I'm a little confused about the timeline. So you're probably right about that.
I also agree about the RENA.
I rethought my position on who Charlotte's father is. I think I have to wait and see. It makes sense that Char could remind Victoria of David and her guilt makes it difficult to love her. But if Conrad knows Char is David's daughter, why does he have a good relationship with her? This also reminds me that the Grayson family has a very dramatic-almost oedipal and elektra complex issue. Mom and daughter at odds. Mom and son on the same side. Dad and daughter on the same side and Dad and son at odds.
