8 hours of sleep for me last night. 11 hours for Baby Q.
DH and I did something awesome last night - we turned off the tv and just talked. It was wonderful. We definitely need to do that more often.
Homemade spaghetti sauce on tap for dinner tonight. Only one more day til the weekend. Yes.

I love homemade sauce, I always make large batches and freeze it.
MFD arrived at the airport this morning and his flight was delayed, but as a bonus they put him on a direct USAir flight and his aunt and uncle were on the same flight. He got up at 4:30 and left at 5:05 so I am a little sleepy today. Early to bed tonight!
I didn't do my nails last night. Lazy. I picked up a liter of burgundy for PDub's burgundy mushrooms that I'm going to make this weekend, and some ground turkey on the cheap at pathmark. We had soup and I watched 90210 and Criminal Minds. I didn't clean or do anything.
Gussie was very needy and snuggly. Those bastards need to get their nails clipped tonight. That is not a fun task.
So I was actually having a ok day with having to get up at 5am to bring greg to to airport. Till I got to work and realized I forgot my lunch at home. EFF!!!!!
We had a great dinner last night. steak kabobs, baked pototoe, bread and salads. After dinner we went to coldstone. We got a mystery package of baby clothes last night. We thought is was from MIL when we talked to her she said it was not her. Greg thinks it was from his parents best friend daughter who had a daughter a couple months ago and they were talking the other day and I guess she had tons of clothes that she didnt't use.
I hate forgetting my lunch. That sucks.
Happy mystery clothes package! Brooke will be styling.

last night i went grocery shopping after work.....in the rain. It sucked. My pants were SOAKED by the time i got everything loaded in the car. But at least now, we have food in the house. :-)
Day two of checking my blood sugar. All my numbers have been fabulous, if not low. I even splurged last night and had a piece of pumpkin pie. Been CRAVING pumpkin pie. Hard part was cutting the pie into 8 slices and only having 1. I probably could've eaten have the damn thing.
Tonight J and I are going to get the mattress for the baby. J also wants to buy a movie which irks me. We used to have netflix. Then with them raising prices and with us wanting to cut monthly bills anyway, we cancelled. The past month, he has spent more on BUYING movies than we did when we had netflix. I'm highly annoyed with that. I can always find something to watch on tv (though it may be crappy) or watch one of our hundreds of movies we already have. He is not like this.

Yesterday was my last classes of the week! Meaning today is dedicated to picking up, getting something for dinner, possibly going over to Nordstrom to pick up some stuff at the half yearly sale, looking at some houses tonight, and going to Body Attack at the gym with my friend (I'm scared).

Feeling well rested this morning. Got in bed at 8 to read, lights were out by 9. Glorious.
Dentist was yesterday. 5 shots of novacaine and I understood why people hate the dentist so much. On shot number 3, it hurt so bad, I made some weird squeaking noise and a tear leaked out of my eyeball. Way to be brave, Misty.
For some reason, post dentist, I thought it would be a good idea to go to the gym. Step and lift classes w/ a half numb mouth. I felt like a 'tard and boy was I making some funny faces! Got home, ate dinner, unloaded dishwasher and headed to bed. Boring me. Today is meeting day at work (snow prevented meetings yesterday) and tonight is puppy class.

yeah, it didn't help that the only work shoes i have that are comfy on my pregnant feet are really super flat, and my pants were long to begin with.
We've never used a redbox, but there are some around here. We actually have 2 free rentals that we won from Mcdonalds Monopoly. But J keeps saying "but then we have to make sure we return them the next day!" Yeah, he can get up at 2:30, with no problems to go freakin hunting, but returning a movie by 9pm apparently is a problem. We don't have one in our town, but he passes by a couple of them on his way to and from work. I told him we could easily rent them and he can drop them off on his way to work. His response was "but sometimes i'm running late to work." My response "yeah, because you lay in bed for 40 minutes watching tv." It's a tug of war on this one, but eventually I'll get my way.
Sometimes when I get novacaine, one of my eyes just leaks constantly. They hit weird nerves when you get the shot and strange things happen.
I actually slept last night! Hooray! I only woke up once. I'm also at work today depsite the fact that I'm snotting the place up. My boss's boss is a HUGE germaphobe so he's giving me a 10 ft buffer.

Good morning. Yesterday I was felt rested but also tired. My fatigue seems to kick in late afternoon and then again around 8-9pm at night. I worked from home yesterday, made tacos for dinner and we took Allie dog to the park to let her run around. I also finished putting the Halloween stuff away so J can put the big tote up in the rafters in the garage.And also found out that a gf of mine is also due next year! She is 12 weeks along and her dd will be 2 when baby #2 is born.
Today - going home, planning on taking the dog for a 2-3 mile easy walk (we both need it!) and I have a pot roast in the crockpot. hollah!

Morning! Nesting from bed, not ready to get up yet. Lord help us, because MH has a cold. He's slept like crap (snoring, etc.) the past two nights, which means I have too. But the bigger problem is I'm having a hard time mustering sympathy for him. It's a COLD! Try being a year or so pregnant!
On the plus side, the pooch is by my side a lot these days, which is sweet. And my hairdresser (1) gave me more blonde yesterday for free ( I wasn't happy last time) and (2) is again able to d some weekends, so I don't have to find someone new. Yay!
Don't you just love when men are sick!?!?!? josh had a cold a couple weeks ago (pretty sure that's how i got sick). He slept like crap and sounded terrible. Yet he had no problem going hunting. But when he was home, it was like he was dying. He got ZERO sympathy for me after he decided to go hunting while sick.
Susie, what a win of a day! Sounds awesome. I wan to make big batches of sauce, but H is lame and prefers jarred.

Xtine, yay for a thing of clothes! How sweet of them. We got a swing for free from my friend, but if we hadn't, we were either going to get one used or just wait, since plenty of babies don't like them. Do you have any good baby consignment stores there?
Morning all. I was very productive this morning and have some yummy short ribs going in the slow cooker for dinner. I'm searching for a laptop bag to replace the one that broke yesterday (***), and I am getting so frustrated. Half of the things I like don't mention what size laptop they can hold, and at least a quarter give dimensions but the reviews all say they're wrong. I even got emails for Coach Factor AND Kate Spade sales, but I don't want to buy a bag I can't get my damn computer in! Argh!
In other annoying news, maintenance came to my house to fix a recurring problem (peeling paint and mold on the bathroom ceiling, blargh) and I guess they're doing something radical to fix it this time because instead of doing anything, they left me a note telling me that I need to 'empty everything out of the bathroom and hall closet' so they can do work today. It's somewhat amazing and appalling how much stuff I had to move, and now there are piles of crap all over my house. I will be PISSED if they wind up not doing anything today. On a positive note, I will be able to really deep-clean the bathroom now that there's nothing in it!
They are such babies!
