I'm not feeling inspired by any recepies that are coming up online.
WWYM?
Things I have:
Frozen: pork chops, ground beef, halibut, steak, chicken, pizza dough
Fresh: leeks, fingerling potato, carrots, onion, broccoli, golden beets, lettuce, avocado, bacon, cheese
all pantry staples (pasta, sauce, spices, etc...)
If possible, I'd like to not stop by the grocery store on the way home.
I was thinking chicken and dumpling soup... till I realized how fatty it is. ![]()
Re: Dinner ideas needed
I just made enchilada's the other night.
pork chops either baked or with a little oil in a pan (what's that called?), seasoned with whatever you got...
fingerling potatoes baked, topped with some cheese. broccoli and carrots either steamed, stir fried, or roasted.

jumped ship to the new and improved nest. back to TB for baby boards.
Pan fried (?). Also, you can make a nice white gravy with the drippings with some flour, salt, pepper, and milk.
And I vote roasted veggies. Toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar (for the broccoli).

BLTA sandwiches
Chicken ranch pizza
Grilled steak with roasted broccoli
Asian lettuce wraps
I was going to suggest potato leek soup, but if the other soup is too fatty, i'm sure this one is, too.
Best sound ever: baby's heartbeat! (Heard @ 10w1d)
I haven't tried this one - but had it bookmarked.
