  • Um...I'm trying to say this in a not so gross way...Okay, after Danie vs. Constipation battle yesterday in the bathroom, my back end hurt so bad for over four hours that I had to take a warm bath. It is better today though! Haha!

Oh, the joys of pregnancy... BTW I see that your little Sweet Pea is now the size of a sweet pea. How exciting!

  • Well, I was feeling a little frisky yesterday when I got in from work, and had hoped to get lucky...not to be. By the time I finished up in the Bathroom and made my grand entrance to the Bedroom last night, the man and both dogs were in  bed  sound asleep and snoring loudly....So, ended up watching reruns of "Storm Chasers"!

  • I work in a very male dominated field, where when the buildings were built they did not really account for the possibility of women working in them.  This has been the case in school and in every building that I have worked in here, so I am very used to having a long trek to the restroom.  The building I am currently in has one womens restroom (2 really but the ground floor is completely under construction, so no access at the moment to the second one) which is located on the opposite side of the building from my office.  Well I have been back in this office for almost 3 weeks now, and there have been 3 full days where the construction crews have the walkway between the 2 sides of the building taped off, so the women on this side of the building have no access to our one restroom.

The technicians put a lock on one of the male restrooms, so women can use it and lock the door so no one else can get it, but it is awkward, and not the nicest restroom.  I generally drink a lot of water every day, but I have cut back on that, and when I do need to go I hold it for way too long.  This is getting really old  :(

wow, that was long, sorry about that.

  • I'm in the car w/DH and I have gas. Uh oh. heeheehee!

  • My dog has fleas and we're not sure if our house still has has them. :-( Such a pain the rear! I'm convinced she got them from my brothers dog when she stayed at my parents house last week while H and I were out of town.

Hahahahah me too!  But not in the car.  I mean, I dunno what I ate that made each "bout" last about 8 seconds but thank goodness for A) SBD's and B) the fact that I sit where I could die at my desk and nobody in the office would know!  Sitting by myself for the sake of having a window seat tends to suck.  But so does IBS.  Therefore sitting 2 rows away from all other occupied cubes has its pros.

That's terrible! You should not have to limit your water intake because of old designs.  I would submit a complaint!  The chemistry building where I used to work only had women's bathrooms on every other floor, which sucked, but eventually we got them to realize how old fashioned that is and if they want to encourage women to work in the field, they need to make the environment more welcoming!
