Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Off to the Dr's Office
Yesterday evening was pretty eventful for us. I noticed my legs and ankles were swollen during car duty yesterday. I stopped by my Sister's and before I Could mention it to her she noticed it too. I decided to go home and rest for a bit. She recommended calling my dr's office (as did Maria) so I did. They sent me to the fire station to get my BP checked. It was high. I called them back and they told me to rest over night and check in with my dr in the morning.
I called my dr this morning to see if they needed to see me. Nurse called back and told me to come in. I'm being stubborn and decided I would wait for a 1/2 day at work so I'm off to see what's going on. I'll keep you all updated or I'll text and have someone else update you if I can't. Please send Thoughts my way...I reeeeeally dont want to get put on bedrest but will if it's necessary.
