t&p please

We just got back from the vet. We're at the point where we're just trying to keep her comfortable. we got a few more meds to try, but they said at some point i have to decide if she's living the quality of life she deserves. they shaved off most of her hair mats, and her hair will never grow back. she's down to about 3 lbs and she is still the most beautiful cat. I've been trying to prepare myself for this, but it hurts worse than i've ever imagined. i'm a hot mess today..i was up with her all night and i've been crying for hours. please pray for us. pray that she's comfortable and not in pain, that she finds peace and that i can figure out what i have to do and somehow come to grips with it.

i am so sorry. you have been such a good kitty mommy to her. she has lived a nice, long life. euthanasia is one of the hardest decisions we will ever make but know it's a loving one. listen to your vet in the coming days and lean on them for advice and guidance. sometimes they know when it's the end more than we do. and remember she will always be with you in some way.
