"Thankful Thursday"
ok, I know Thursday is almost over, but in light of last month being the worst month in my life (no exaggeration....) I won't be going into all the details,some I probably won't ever share --
but, coming out of the fog of heL! I would like to begin a Thankful Thursday to remember that no matter how bad it gets, there are always things to be thankful for.

I am thankful for my Nesties. All of you.
I have relationships with all of you on different levels - some just on TN, some via Fb and some IRL...
however, when something bad strikes, people never fail to reach out through a kind word, gesture, text or facebook chat or even sitting in your living room to get you through the dark days
its those special little "extras" that reminds me that when push comes to shove we are a tightknit special group of ladies.
mrse - hope everything is ok and that this next month is all sunshine and rainbows for you!
i am thankful for a great career opportunity, even though there's a shitton of work to do before i can turn it into something good.
and i am super duper thankful that i have power again
hope everyone is out of the dark now!
I am thankful for amazing doctors that are connected to J's care from Philadelphia, Boston and St. Louis at Shriner's. I am thankful for the people who donate to the hospital which gives my son the opportunity to go there.

I am thankful for my parents who let us stay with them, feed us and use their freezer during the storm as they have a generator.

I am thankful to have a position that allows me to bring my son to work. It might be stressful and exhausting but I am happy seeing my baby all day.

I am thankful that I have a beautiful, healthy girl who loves first grade. I am thankful that she has a teacher who challenges her and keeps her engaged.
I am thankful that MH got this new job and that he's willing to bust his ass for us. Right now it is killing him but eventually things will settle down and then we can all just be again. I would love for all of us to sit down for dinner together once a week. I would love for him to be home before Mini has gone to bed one night a week. She really misses him. That probably won't happen on a regular basis again until January or February but it'll be so freaking awesome when it does.
ETA: I am thankful that this new job pays him hourly. An 80 hour workweek better be worth your while!
I am thankful that I have a job and that even in this economy we've been pretty busy. Not this week with so many people out of power and such, but I am still here and we are doing okay! I may not bring home a ton of money but every little bit helps and I know that I am appreciated.
And of course, I am thankful for you crazy b!tches. LOL
I am thankful that after 4 - 5 years of pushing for it, and not giving up or leaving, I finally got my promotion to Manager!!!!!!!
It has been a really rough first transition week, but I am hoping things will get better
