Accessorize me
What would you wear with this? Shoes, jewelry, etc.
Also, I'm a lot fairer-skinned than the model, does that make this a no-go for me? FWIW, I bought this at Target for like $7 months ago and it is just now fitting me.

I love that dress. I tried it on in a teal color but it didn't fit.
I think you need some accessories with a pop of color. I'm not good at this though.
The immediate occasion is going out to a nice dinner in downtown Orlando with some friends tomorrow night. Just dinner though, I don't think we're going out out afterward.
Eventually, I'll probably wear it to work too, unless it gets too cold.
My Ovulation Chart
I'm never good at this, so I'm just going to tell you what I would wear with it if I owned it.
I would wear black heels, a black cardigan and this long black beaded necklace I have with these black beaded simple hoop earrings I have, since its cold here. I'd wear this to work too, but my heels would probay be more sensible.
No idea if you could pull off the color. I'd have to see it.

You could mess around with the bright colors.
For going out, I'd do something like what laner said. High, high black heels.
Also I have that dress in teal and love it.

I'm with LB, that dress screams for colorful accessories. I have some dark purple shoes that I immediately thought of with gold and jewel toned jewelry.
I think pairing all black with that would look nice but a little boring.
