Re: Where to buy tires?

  • I always used to get my tires at Tires Plus in WDM -- the manager was great always took care of me -- although I haven't had to for a few years and online it looks like the manager changed which has caused them to go downhill :(  Bummer!

I've  heard good things about Flatt Tires - but no experience personally

  • I haven't bought from them, but I've heard Costco actually has good service and great prices.

  • We don't have experience with Flatt, but they are patients of adams and he really really likes the family, so i'm guessing they are good, honest people to buy from.

We buy our tires from costco b/c they are a good price and, perhaps more importantly, have an amazing guarantee. If the tires are non-functioning for ANY reason w/in 5 yrs of purchase, you get a new replacement completely free.  Since we live in an area of new construction, we have had several nail/screw incidents. it is so nice that we don't have to worry about paying to replace them if we get a flat.

  • Walmart was the most affordable I found, I looked on their website for what brands they offered that fit my car, then googled the tire to see user reviews.
