Farking Bullpoop (work related)
I'm so angry right now that I can hardly think straight.
My all time favorite co-worker, who has been with the company for 26 years and this organization for 24, was just turned down for the position as my manager.
She's more than qualified for it. This manager position was supposed to manage events and orientation. She did orientation for 20 years and has been doing recruiting events for 3. No one knows both teams better than her.
They picked someone else from some other organization and it's total bullshiit because they're always talking about "promoting from within" for our organization. In the 2 years that I've been back this hasn't happened for any position.
I love my job, but the new directors really suck. I really hope this new manager isn't crappy.

TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.
