Hi ladies. On the rare occasion that I sew I have been using my mom's ancient sewing machine and it has finally died. I want to get my own, but I don't need anything fancy. Something inexpensive and small would be ideal. I just do little crafty things here and there. I don't really need something that does a bunch of different kinds of stitching. Any recs?
ETA: Joann's has both Singer and Brother on sale right now. Is one brand better than the other?
