Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

You mentioned that you were a "premiere" or whatever customer with Sprint.  How did you get that title?  How long have you been with them?

I've been a Sprint customer for almost 11 years and I don't get jack! Sad

  • I have no clue how I got it.  I just know that I've been a customer for like 10 years.  They just sent me something in the mail saying I was a "premiere customer".  It doesn't really matter anymore now though, because they are discontinuing the program.

  • Mel, I think it may have something to do with what plan you have also.  Do you have any type of data stuff on your plan (web, pic mail, etc)?
