so i don't use recipes, so you guys are SOL for what i did *exactly*.
-vanilla flavored granola, bought in bulk. a "bag-full"
-"some" dried cranberries, almonds, random other nuts, chocolate chips, shelled sunflower seeds, shelled pumpkin seeds.
about 8 globbing spoonfuls of honey.
chop some of the nuts, not all of them...
mix everything with 2 spoons until your hands get slightly sticky.
fill baking cups, bake for about 20 mins at 350.
let cool COMPLETELY.
so i think i had too much honey..even though i didn't think i had enough while mixing...so use just a little bit to barely stick the ingredients together.
i think i was supposed to grease/butter/spray the muffin cups..because the paper was STUCK to the liner and i ended up needing to saw it off with a steak knife this morning.
but overall, it was delicious, took very little effort, and i knew exactly what was in my food.
