convertable crib ?

Those who had them and converted them to the full size bed, do you HAVE to use the foot board? We are considering a convertible one, but i hate the look of the footboards, especially since they are all slated and as tall as the headboard. I'd rather just use the headboard if I could.

  • If you have a bed frame with an end rail, you can connect the headboard part of the crib to it like you would any other headboard.

  • I'/m sure you can. I've heard tell that you can just attach them to a regular bed frame too.

     

    We bought a convertible crib where the back was higher than the front, since I hate the same-height head and footboard too.
