Re: Soon-to-Be Moms (BR)
I am not ready and won't be until J gets home. I don't want to be that weird first timer that goes early. It is so not in the plans.
I've pretty much got everything we need, but it isn't ready. J wants to do the nursery together so I'm waiting. The only things that are actually usable are the pack-n-play, changing table & all his clothes. Everything else is in boxes.
Good luck!
Good luck Honeydew! Enjoy that sweet new bundle and take it easy with recovery!
As for me...ugh..as I mentioned in a different post, I'm massive. The past few weeks my fundal height has been measuring bigger and bigger. I have an ultrasound next Friday to make sure fluids and placenta are still good. I have had really bad sciatic pain since about 20 weeks and I just started physical therapy a few weeks ago for it. I pretty much get a free butt massage twice a week. Its awesome.
As far as having everything ready...uhh...clothes are out, diapers are washed and ready, and the pack n play is set up in our room. Other than that, nothing. We have a new crib, but no crib mattress and I haven't even thought about packing a hospital bag.
I'm totally slacking.
Good luck!
I was induced and it was pretty boring and uneventful. Bring something to keep you busy. Good luck and I can't wait to see pictures!
Good luck!
I think I'm ready. Everything is washed, nursery done except for curtains and the rocker (easy), freezer meals done (plus my parents are here) and the house is clean.
I think I'm going to be late though

Thanks girls. I don't have pre-e yet, but the drs are concerned that I will really soon. I'm pretty bummed that I won't be able to have the natural birth I wanted, but I'm willing to sacrifice that for LO's health. I'll try to post something later this week once we're home
