hi, I've never posted on this board and I lurked a little, so I hope this doesn't get asked all the time. I may be over thinking this, but do you get a manicure before going to a job interview? Obviously something short and neutral.
I have a third interview next week and it's the first "in person" interview. Previously I interviewed with HR and the hiring manager by phone. Its 2 1/2 hours long and with four people. I just want to look my best for the interview.

If you usually get one, I see no problem in getting one right before an interview. But I wouldn't go out of my way for it. I rarely wear polish, and it's never played a role in an interview as far as I can tell.

I always do. Similarly, I always get one before client meetings, and I try to go every other week anyway.
It can't hurt, esp if you feel better about yourself with it.
Good luck!
