XP - Help me splurge on boots
I want new boots. I have a very clear idea of the shape I want, but I'm all over the place on color. I wear mostly blacks/grays rather than browns/tans, but I don't think I want black boots.

that's actually why I'm boot shopping, I've finally come to terms with the fact taht my boots from 2001 are not in any way stylish anymore.
I'm hanging onto those suckers till they come back in though.

I like number one - the detailing feels vaguely Western-ish to me, and I personally dig that. I also like the medium tone.
Two seems too dark to me, three too orange.

I still love those other boots. I think if whatever I order from this batch doesn't make me fall in instant boot-love I'll return them and wait for those other ones to come back in stock in my size.

I like the slightly western vibe too. I love cowgirl boots, but i dont' like what they do to my proportions (I do not need my legs made to look any shorter TYVM) so this is a good compromise.

Love boots #1. #2 is ok. I don't like #3's color...

I like #1--I think the color is less of a deep brown, making it go better with black and gray.
And W...T...F... on that thread. Stuff like that is what has convinced me I will never spend time on TB. The normal-to-crazy ratio there is pathetically small.

I like 2 and 3. I think 1 is too borderline cowboy boot and therefore not as wearable.
