Poll: Is it crazy to assume..
That we could find a place to rent with 30 days notice?
As you know, our house is on the market. FIL laid into us yesterday, about how ridiculous we are being thinking that we will find a place to move with 30 days notice (if we ever get close to having a buyer).
Maybe I am crazy, but I think it can be done.
FWIW, our "backup" plan is to rent an apartment downtown, if we don't find another house. I've already verified that they allow large dogs. We have excellent credit and could pay for the entire lease up front, if needed. We are looking at other houses for sale, as well.
