Grinding my teeth
Well we close this Thursday. Make that...We BETTER close this Thursday. The ASSessment guy is being such a pain the the as$. He needed a certified roofing specialist to send a letter stating that the roof if good for the next 5 years. We got it. It's fine and thats all cleared. He had to go back and check the square footage of the attic. Don't know why. Anyway please, please,please be done with your shinanigans and let us close already!!!! If we don't close on Thursday we pay $100 EACH DAY until we do close and with 2 mortgages and renos on this house we just don't have that in our budget. Gahhhhh!!!!! Sorry, I'm so nervous!

Good luck! We were supposed to close tomorrow. No idea when we will. I'm wondering why our broker wasn't able to meet our 45 day close. I was wondering we have had to pay $$ until closing, but I haven't heard anything. We asked if we could do an early move in agreement and our agent shot us down three times saying that it's not an option.
So, I feel your pain!
