WHY CANT IT START ON TIME!!!!!

I went to watch what I had dvr'd and well I only got to watch the very first part.  I adjusted the time so it records up to an hour after now but really!

    As a West Coaster, I know it will start on time for me.  :)

    I figure it's my trade off for having to avoid the Internet the night of all finale episodes of *anything* that might result in massive spoilers because the East Coast saw it first and started blabbing about it.

    I usually just watch it online on Monday or Tuesday and avoid spoiler threads... but yeah if it weren't football season I would be DVR'ing.

    Ditto PP, it started on time for us tonight.  Are you saying it started over an hour late?  This might be something the less sports-averse people here already know, but does CBS broadcast different games in different cities?  Maybe that's why it would vary from one city to another.

    pretty sure that this is the case different markets would get different games.

    I would adjust your DVR to an hour and half or even two hours. Sometimes if football runs late AND they play 60 minutes, it'll be even later. This is from experience in missing the last half of an episode.

    Exactly why I quit DVRing it and now just watch online on Monday.  In fact, I'm watching it now.

    This has been pissing me off for so long. Now it's also messing up other things we're recording because we set it to record for so long after the show ends. We watch it together so watching online would be super annoying.

    Seriously. I would love to watch TAR but I constantly forget thanks to it being all over the fricking place. You turn it on and it's 60 minutezzzzzzzz or something else, then it FINALLY comes on and, woops, Walking Dead is on. Oh well.
