Verizon phones
I am coming up on being due for a new phone soon. I currently have the bb curve. I'm thinking iphone or droid, but don't know if I want to spend the money. Recs??

I have the BB Torch and love it. The internet is a big time upgrade from the Curve (I hated the internet on the Curve).
I really think it comes down to whether or not you have any apple products already because the iphone and Droids are really very similar. When I got my phone (4G Droid Charge) I picked it because I liked the look and feel better than the iphone. The technical specifications were similar enough that I would have never noticed a difference between the performance of one over the other.
Most apps you can get for the iphone have one available for Droid phones and vice versa. I recommend going to the store and playing around with the phones on display. It will annoy the sales reps, but so what... that's why display phones exist.

Droid and iPhones are pretty similar. DH had the first Droid and I had a Blackberry Bold before we both upgraded to the iPhone once it became available. I like my iPhone 100 times better than my BB. I hated that phone. DH misses the android market that he had with the Droid and I admit that some of the widgets available for droids are pretty awesome.
I think it just comes down to personal preference really. Like PP said, go to the store and play around with them.

DH has a droid, I have an iphone.
I'm a Mac girl all the way. I love it. I hate DH's droid.
