Re: what are you looking forward to this week?
Ugh, pretty much nothing.
I am kind of excited to see my St. Louis friends this weekend, but that excitement is outweighed by 10x by the dread of possibly dealing with BFF and the stress of our move starting without me.
Stand up for something you believe in.
Good morning...
I'm looking forward to a 4-day work week! Veterans Day on a Friday = a three day weekend that I'm very excited about.
Um, other than that, nothing too exciting.
Me too. I have my HSG this afternoon. Khart warned me that it feels like a really strong contraction. I have no threshold for pain. I'm ready for answers or no answers, though.
Other that that, I'm looking forward to a 3 day weekend.
GL! I'm waiting for my nurse to call me back so I can schedule mine
I'm looking forward to Turkey! lol We are having a bunch of close friends and their families over (20 people total) for a Pre Thanksgiving Dinner. Can't wait!
Good luck DD! Take some Advil before you go. Mine wasn't that bad, it just kind of hurt (but, my tubes were fine, they didn't have to try to blast them open) like bad cramps.
Stand up for something you believe in.
ugh, not much honestly. I need this week to be over STAT. Both Tuesday and Thursday I have to high tail it out of work and head over to my kitchen to start cranking out cookies like I'm a freaking Keebler elf. Same goes for all day Friday.
I'm actually looking forward to the craft shows I'm going to Friday night and all day Saturday, selling above mentioned cookies and other edible treats, but fitting in all that production amid a crazy work week makes me want to just go back to bed.
lol, I have a silly pointed hat too
Tuesday night we're going to some kind of party for Jon's friend who is running for mayor..so it will either be a "Yay you're mayor!" party or a "Awww, next time buddy!" party.
Then Wednesday we have our follow up appt with the male-factor infertility urologist to go over all Jon's test results.
Friday I'm not working so I'm going to get a mani/pedi and maybe do some Christmas shopping.
the rest of the weekend we don't have a lot going on. We're going to have to find something to do. Or maybe I'll go hang out with my mom, I feel like I don't see her enough lately.
OK in all seriousness...
I have a lot going on this week but I am looking forward to grilled shrimp with parmesan sauce for dinner tonight.
Thursday I am the key note speaker at Career Day at my college.
Friday some girls from work and I are going to the casino in the evening. We have to work Friday.
Saturday, bonfire at a friends.
Sunday we're going to a Medeival Feast at a local brewery. I think its kinda like Medeival Times, its a three hour show with an eight course meal.
agreed.
I have 10 work days left until a much needed vacation. I'm not going anywhere, just hanging out in the quite calm of my house.
The Bear are on Monday night football tonight so we're looking forward to that. Bummer is Jay is going for a sleep apnea test tonight so not only will he not get to see the whole game, I also miss out on one of our sleep together nights which stinks since we only get two a week
Not too much else going on this week. Might go out for dinner on a groupon that we need to use before we go on vacation in a couple weeks. I also have off on Friday and have an appointment to get my hair did and my eyebrows waxed, so the weekend is looking likie it will be on the up and up.
Not much during the week except Jimi is taking some vacation days so I'll get to see him a lot more than a normal week, yay.
Some of those said vacay days are for this weekend, which I would normally be especially excited about since its my birthday. But this year is my 30th, and I admit I've been hit with the "I'm turning 30 and my life is so not where I'd hoped it be at that age" blues. My sister is coming up with my niece though and we're spending Saturday in Seattle, so I'm hoping that will help me feel better about it, lol.
Awww! That's cute! Have a great time at your housewarming party. At this rate, I feel like ours is never going to happen because there is just too many projects going on.
PS: Your baby boy is ADORABLE!
Aww thanks girl!!
Late to the game this week -- I was off yesterday, and work was crazy today so this has been the first time I've been able to get on the board as of late.
With SIL's wedding Saturday, this week is all about the wedding, so there's the Rehearsal on Thursday night, nails on Friday, the festivities on Saturday, and a brunch at MIL's on Sunday. *Phew* I am so glad I will be having Monday off!
But in the midst of all this, there is an invite-only at my local Vera Bradley tomorrow night, so I'm very much looking forward to that!
