Indoor Water Parks
Can anyone recommend a great indoor water park? 2 things are a priority: it has to be young kid friendly (some say must be 48'' for water slides, which would be boring for our kids), and MUST have very warm water (for me 
We definitely don't want to do the ramada in town, I haven't heard the best things about the one near williamsburg/ia city, and the Honey Creek lodge one looks kind of boring for our age of kids. We are willing to drive 4-5 hours and cost isn't really an issue.

I am not sure if they enforce it or not. It seemed like all ages of people were on the slides, but I don't remember them measuring people or anything like that. It was pretty busy while we were there during the day. The evenings quieted down quite a bit and from 9:00-10:00pm it was adults only hour. The water was pretty warm. I don't remember being cold at all and they have a hot tub as well in the same area as the rest of the water park.
ETA: All around it is warm in the waterpark area. I remember going down there after swimming in regular clothes to hang out with the rest of the family and being kind of hot.
We had fun at the Grand Harbor in Dubuque too. We were there last winter for 4 or 5 hours and Cohen could have stayed longer - there's tons to do for that age. It could use a little TLC (like I noticed a little rust on some of the equipment) but overall we liked it.
We stayed at Great Wolf in KC last Spring Break. My parents took us or I wouldn't have taken Wes so young (exactly 1 year- were there over his b-day).
There were three little slides that were for those under 48 inches.There was a whole area for wee ones. There was also a lazy river that Wes enjoyed floating on with us- and there were double tubes that you could use for Gretta.
I think bigger kids could go with parents on a couple of the two or three person intertube slides also, but there would be some that Gretta couldn't do.
I think they keep the water part area @ 82, but it didn't seem overly warm at times. They had so much other stuff for kids too, that Wes was too small for but would be great 3+- story time/show at night, this treasure hunt thing, and I believe some short daycamp like activities.
We absolutely intend to go back when Wes is older!
We loved the Water Park of America in Minneapolis (right by the Mall of America). It was a super fun water park, although now that I think of it I'm not sure what the slide height requirements were. They have a lazy river and a kids area that is zero depth.
It is a really nice hotel and also there are other fun things to do on your trip when you are tired of swimming!
We also loved King's Point and are planning a trip back again this winter. It was warm, not crowded, and every single one of us had a blast from the 6 month old to the grandparents! We didn't have a suite, but got a room with a fridge so still brought a good amount of food. The front desk staff let us use their micro for popcorn and things too.
I agree with CyGal that Waterpark of America is a lot of fun. Like she mentioned they have a middle section that has zero depth entry and small slides that the kids could do by themselves. We have stayed there multiple times as it has a nice location and during the week is not usually too busy. We went when B was a baby and a toddler and he loved it both times.
It is nice that Ikea and the MOA are right across the street
