I am really annoyed with the Lowe's ad on the nest homepage. It covers up where I usually click to get to the message boards.

My randoms: My best friend gets back into town today after being gone for three months. After all the shyt that's been going down here, I just want to give him a huge hug.
I just got an invitation for an old girlfriend's wedding. I'm SOO excited for some reason. She's really planning-oriented, so I just know it's going to be a really elaborate and "awww so cute" wedding. I'm also just really happy for her, because her FI is PERFECT for her.
FI just got an invitation from a prestigious institution to apply for an internship/study/work. We're not sure if he's going to do it yet, since he has a few other options, too. It's kind of far away, and part of me dreads missing him, but the other part of me is like, "This would totally set us up for good $$$ in the future."
Also, the Starbucks Caramel Brulee comes out on Nov. 15. I've been anticipating this for months.
I don't know what happened this weekend, but this board is chock full of f*ckery.
On a related note, I originally accidentally typed "*** full of f*ckery". Maybe I should have left it.
I just recently found out that sour cream is an ingredient in beef stroganoff and I was intrigued and have been craving it ever since. I just had it for lunch, it was pretty good.
I think some people on this board use the term "d-canoe" to make themselves sound tough and maybe get accepted, but it just doesn't fit them and I wish they would stop.
It's only Monday and I already want it to be Friday.
I had to google Scotty, but I remember him now.
I'm glad he won, he was such a cutie and he seems like he was a really nice kid. Where do you work and what do you do?

My crush will be gone all week- I kinda miss him.
My BFF is having her vow renewal and we went to look at dresses over the weekend (15 year anniversary). Didn't find anything, but it was still fun. I can't wait to go again! It was a trip trying to figure out how to get her into those massive dresses.
I'm going to ask for a raise this week. I'm nervous.
I'm considering moving about an hour away. That however, would require finding a new job when I love the one I have. How many people can say they look forward to work? Is it worth getting a new start?
