S- I think we might go to Friendswood after K gets off work to have dinner with his famiy. Not sure where we will be eating.
M- Zucchini, Black Bean, and Rice Skillet
T- Baked Southwest Tortilla Rolls with Creamy Chipotle Dipping Sauce
W- Cheese and Chicken Stuffed Shells
Th- Skinny Chicken Cordon Bleu, Salad
F and S- K will be out of town. Sandwich or something simple and easy for me.
Sun--out for MLS playoffs.
Mon--Indian butter chicken, naan, roasted asparagus
Tues--pistachio crusted salmon, brown butter and parmesan orzo, roasted veggies
Wed--Roasted chicken, homemade white cheddar mac n cheese, roasted broccoli w/parm and balsamic
Thurs--greek style turkey burgers, greek orzo salad
Fri--tacos, etc.
Sun: leftover spaghetti, steamed broc & bread
Mon: Oven steak, sauteed cabbage & beans
Tue: Out - probably Texadelphia, since I'm craving it
Wed: Pork Tenderloin, butternut squash mac & cheese
Thur: Stew & cornbread for C and I, J is out
Fri: leftover pork & mac & cheese
Sat: leftover stew
S: chicken breast topped with mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and goat cheese cooked in a lemony wine sauce
M: Red beans, rice, turkey sausage. So over this meal. Avery asks for it every day.

I just googled the recipe and it looks so good! I'm going to give it a try.
Tonight: boys are having chicken in basil cream sauce over egg noodles. i'm meeting friends at Downhouse
Tomorrow: out with the boys' for a friends birthday. Spaghetti Warehouse. Yuck, but it's their tradition.
Wed: Pot roast with veggies (crock pot- using Williams Sonoma's jarred Yankee Pot Roast starter. Sooooo good)
Thurs: hope someone will come up with a pasta fagioli recipe for me!!
Friday: out before Disney on Ice
