What to do with Ribeye Steak
Last week I had to throw a bunch of freezer burned meat out so I am going through the meat in our freezer that is still good and trying to use it up.
We have this ribeye that I would like to use tonight. I would like to do something other than a steak with it. Would it work in steak tacos or stirfry?
Any other suggestions?

i skip the jalapeno because i am a wuss but if you like spicy, keep it in there.
I guess you could do beef tips over egg noddles or make a beef strognoff with mushrooms.
Personally though I would leave the ribeye as it is. It's a very good and lean cut of beef.
