Hi Ladies!
I am in a wedding next month and am looking for a reasonably priced hair salon in downtown Philly where I can have a simple up-do done. We are staying near the City Hall. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Have you tried calling the hotel you are staying at? They should be familiar with the area. Or is there any local bridesmaids who could recommend a place?
