Re: Conrad Murray Guilty
Really? I did.
Although even if he gets the max sentence, it's his first offense so he will most likely serve his time under house arrest and never spend time behind bars.
Not in that I believe he's innocent... I just did not think he would be found guilty. I guess I just see so much else going on with this... but I wasnt on the jury, so idk

I'm glad he probably won't do time behind bars. There's no need. He just needs to never practice medicine again.
I was hoping he would be found guilty. As someone who is in the healthcare field, there absolutely are bigger consequences than losing your license. No matter how much money someone offers you, you don't compromise your ethics. Propofol is an anesthetic and any anesthetic requires ventilation because you can't protect your airway when you're under. Furthermore, "Dr." Murray is a cardiologist, not an anesthesiologist, so he's not qualified to administer that medication. And lastly, every single doctor/nurse knows that you don't leave medications unattended EVER (this is referring to MJ "injecting himself" when "Dr." Murray left for a 45 min phone call...saying he never gave MJ propofol but had it with him and laying out for some reason...). He ranks in the same category as Casey Anthony in my book (who should also be in jail! ugh).
Rant over.
Photo bomb, yeah!
I agree with this. Prisons are overcrowded enough as it is - he doesn't need to be there. As long as he can't prescribe medication anymore I'm happy.
