Apply for different jobs at a company?

There are 2 jobs at a large company that I would be interested in. They are in different departments but I have experience in both areas. Would it look bad (like that I'm not focused) if I apply for both positions?

Re: Apply for different jobs at a company?

  • No, I think it would be completely okay especially if you have experience in both of the positions.  Also since it is a large company and they are different departments.  You may have different people interviewing you.  Good luck!

  • Yeah it should be totally fine to apply for both.

But don't get hired for a job, not show up for your first day, then reapply to another department the next year and never mention during the interview process that you were previously hired by the company, that won't go over too well! J/k I'm know you wouldn't do that but we just had someone do that at my company Surprise
