get back on track with working out when you've "gone off the wagon"?? i was in a really great routine up until we left for vacation in july. since getting back, i've been inconsistent. i have a class i want to go to tonight, but i'm already dreaming about getting home and putting on my pj's. i know i'll feel so good once i'm done with it, but that just isn't enought motivation. i don't know how else to psych myself up. i'm feeling really down about this, even though i'm feeling really good overall. i'm not stresed, school and work are going well and h and i are getting along really good.
help.

Re: tell me, how do you....
I feel like once you go to the class you'll get into a routine and it will be good. It's just going to the first one that's the hardest.
It's like when you go to Moe's and you always order the side of queso even though you don't need it. Then you go back and order it again and again, and then that one day you DON'T get the queso and you're like "holy, sh&t, I'm the bomb". Then you go back again and don't get the queso and again and again and it becomes so easy you don't even miss the queso.
Now, get your butt to your class.
hahaha! My bad. No saying queso in workout posts. Noted.
Go eat a carrot and then get your butt to your class! How's that?? I'll be your motivator.
I got off pretty much since the wedding until now. I told myself I was going to work out once a week. Then the next week I tried to do it twice a week. Then 3 times, etc. until I hit where I wanted to be. I also try to schedule something fun for myself after a workout to try to motivate myself.
I'm still really at 3 times a week, but I'm allowing myself to be ok with that. I have limited time during the week and some nights its not realistic to work out.
