you guys, i met the queen
of all things domestic - martha stewart.
she's really nice and made it a point to have the staffers send people who had kids with them up to the front of the line. and she's beautiful in person.
although she/her PR people didn't let anyone actually pose for pictures WITH her. i was kind of bummed - isn't that half the fun of a book signing? oh, well. i blogged the whole thing here.

Thanks for sharing. It is always nice to hear a nice thing about a famous person and from a real person not the media. It says a lot about her to think of that (although I would be annoyed if I didn't have kids and had gotten there early lol) Glad you got to meet her. Boo about the pictures though I am sure that is so more people can meet her since it would double the time.
If they were smart they would have someone ready to take them and give you a card so you could order them. Her marketing people need to get on that lol.
