As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

To follow up again or not?
First interview was on 10/19. Second interview was on 10/25. Received reply to thank you note on 10/27. Followed up with phone call on 11/1. On the last phone call, the director said he hoped to make a decision by the end of the week. I feel like both interviews went very well. Would you follow up again, if so when? (Sorry for the lack of formatting, on my phone.)
