Beef Ribs Recipes- Crockpot
Does anyone have a good recipe for cooking beef ribs in the crockpot that they'd care to share?
They were one of my impulse buys from Whole Foods!

Not short ribs, but that recipe does look really good! I love Korean food.
They are just regular beef ribs, but they are huge. I'm afraid that putting them in the oven might make them chewy or tough.
i've made this recipe with pork ribs and the meat was falling off the bone
