I've been posting a little on the June board. Just a warning, some of those girls are super sensitive. I've been called a 'mean girl' more than once for telling someone they were over reacting. And I wasn't even mean about it. Oh well.
Are you referring to the girl who had the horrible experience at Quest? I saw that post. I totally felt for her and really wanted to punch the receptionist myself. But I couldn't believe she got so defense when asked why she had to fast. I was wondering the same thing but figured they were checking her cholesterol. I've never had to fast for cholesterol (but I have really good #s) but I know my parents do. I would have asked if they had told me I needed to to find out why. I just couldn't believe she left the board because of something so trivial. Ridic.
I'm still surprised at how some people can't handle things on the interest, and still don't lurk on boards to get a feel for it. She will never find anywhere else on the internet.

Where are both of you delivering? I loved NWH. My bff delivered at B&W and had a great experience also.
I really wanted to deliver in Plymouth. They have a new birthing center there too that looks really nice.
When I found out I was pg, I was researching obs. I narrowed it down to 5 drs, 3 of them were part of the same practice in Plymouth & affiliated with the hospital. I had one appt & really didn't like them. It was also not convenient to get to appointments from my work.
I switched drs & I really like her, but she's not affiliated with that hospital. So, looks like I'll be delivering at Morton, in Taunton. This hospital is fine. It's the local hospital that I've been going to forever. I was born there. My sister delivered there. All my relatives have been there for different illnesses & whatnot. I'm very familiar with the place & much of the staff. Which, like I said is fine.. Just not as fancy as the one in Plymouth.
I live near the cape, before the bridge.
My closest options are Plymouth, Taunton, Brockton & New Bedford.
