Creative gals, need your help

Ok creative gals, we're going to be doing a book signing at LO's first party but I need ideas for what to put on the sign to get people to write their well wishes.  Thoughts?  Ideas?  TIA!

  • I'm not exactly sure if you have a paper sign you want people to write on or not, but I would do something more unique and more pretty. Maybe like a wish tree...you usually see them at weddings, but I think it would be great to put in a baby's room too. Just gather some twigs from your backyard and place them in a pretty vase. Hang pretty ribboned paper tags on the branches and ask people to leave their thoughts and wishes. It would be much prettier to display on the child's dresser later!
  • It's actually the "Happy Birthday To You" book by Dr. Suess that people will be signing :)  I'm looking for a poem that would encourage people to write a special message in the book.  I think I came up with something half decent though!
