Re: Really? (Tuesday Randoms)
For reals, where is everyone?
Hi, MissyNa!
You know those cold and flu med. commercials with sick people who look awful? That's me today. It's not pretty. I got on the computer for a minute. Hope everyone has a great Tuesday.

Hope you feel better soon!
We voted and then went to pick up some cheap wine. I am happy to report that Aldi's sells a $5 pinot grigio that is not too shabby.
I love shopping at Aldi,
Right now Mike's van is in the shop. He went to leave work and the vehicle wouldnt go backwards. Thinking it's the brakes that seized up - hopefully that is all it is. So I had to take him to work at 5:30 this morning. I am never awake that early. Ugh. So I have been downing a lot of caffeine today!
Hi Kasa!! I hope you're having a good day!
GRSP I hope you start feeling better! I have a feeling once things slow down for me, I'm going to be slammed with a cold.
Aldi does have some pretty good wines. My husband likes a few of the beers they sell....and he's a beer snob!
Today is one of those days that I just want to curl up & take a nap. Thank goodness it's a short week for me!
So, my in-laws are back from their vacation.
They went to New Orleans for a conference for my FIL. On the last day of the conference, they were going to come home (even though they were only 1/2 way through their 2 week vacation). Instead, they drove to Disney. And stayed at the New Orleans-themed resort.
??
Instead of staying in N.O.
Makes me giggle.
Ha! That's pretty funny.
You are telling me I get to get up waaaay early to take hubby to work.
How could anyone leave N.O. early?
I think I lost the contracts b prof lottery. Have I mentioned that I hate Tuesdays because nothing good ever happens on a Tuesday?
I got the person that supposedly is crazy hard and my seatmate/bff along with most of my other besties are in different sections. I'm trying to be positive and see it as practice for next year when we'll all be choosing our classes.
DH was up until 1 AM working on the car putting on some parts that had to be replaced. It took 12 hrs to replace everything. I felt bad for him.
I have a headache thanks to the weather I'm guessing.
Not much is going on right now. Still having to rearrange the house to accommodate the office being here again and that take up a lot of time. I can barely move in our bedroom b/c of all the stuff we had to move out of the extra room and it all got put in our room. So I've been slowly cleaning things out and boxing things to go to goodwill for donations. So far I have about 4 boxes ready to go of clothes and another of shoes.
I'm ready to call it a day.
I wonder how many hours I would work each week if I had the option to come and go as I pleased...hmmm....
My mom asked me to come paint a room in her house as her Christmas gift.
I hate painting. I would much rather just buy her something.
I'm a bad daughter.
Nice job!
Don't spend too much time cleaning, they don't really care.
And good luck!!! Are you looking at a big percentage decrease?
Speaking of running, Molly did you do your 5k yet? Or is it this Saturday?
I feel so out of touch!
Good luck! And ditto Molly about the cleaning. I would just make sure it's tidy, not necessarily spotless.
Can you buy her painting services for that room?
For me, this depends on the day. I really like project-based work and if I'm doing something that's engaging or have a long to-do list, I'll work for 12hours + at a stretch. I am not good at seeking out extra work to fill my hours.
Hmmm... okay. Maybe I won't put too much effort into it.
Yep, it would be a nice rate decrease! And we would go down to a 15 year.
