  I think Joe Paterno should be axed ASAP.  His silence is unforgivable.   

  I completely agree with everything you said.  I didn't realize the full extent of what had happened and who knew what until today when I went through a timeline breakdown and the whole situation is beyond appalling.  I used to have the utmost respect for JoPa, but after reading everything that has come to light, there's no way in hell anyone can defend him after this.  He's done.

  I'll go beyond saying that he should be axed and say that I think that the university and several individuals likely will and absolutely should be sued by Sandusky's victims.  When you turn a blind-eye to another person's crimes, you become an accomplice and should be punished.

  I'm completely horrified that a grown man could witness a 10 year old being raped and not call the police.  He called his dad?!?  Who does that?  JoePa, Mike McQuery, and the president of the university should all be fired.  They had the power to put a stop to this, and they didn't.  I have no idea how they sleep at night.
