pg with #20 - i can not even imagine having my own tribe - lol!
i get that she has an army of help from older children and that they can afford this, and i cannot figure out how she and mr. duggar don't look 1,000 years old. my two have aged me and dh a lot in only 4 years- haha!
i think they should try separate bedrooms for a few years - until menopause.
Re: Duggars
like i said. i could be wrong.
. I also don't think in our living area with high cost of living 20 kids is possible like it is in the south ,Midwest etc.
Well, I don't even want 20 kids near me, let alone 20 OF MY OWN.
And as far as the natural family planning aspect, they are in no way shape or form actively trying to avoid, although I don't know when she could ever have had enough true menstrual cycles to go by. It's almost as the only way she avoids getting pregnant is by already being pregnant.
And speaking as the oldest of 4 kids, I had to take care of my younger siblings. I cannot even fathom bearing the kind of responsibility that the older kids have to take on to help the family out. Seems kinda selfish.
But I will commend the fact that they can afford all of these children on their own and are most certainly not looking for donations like some other famous moms of multiples. They live a modest life and stand firm in their beliefs. That's admirable in and of itself.
