Where to buy leggings?

I never thought I'd ask this but a lot of the cute sweaters I want to buy are long and look fug with jeans. I need some leggings that aren't for skinny girls. I have an a$$, hips, and thighs. Most of what i've tried on feel like I'm wearing tights.

Re: Where to buy leggings?

  • I bought some black ones at Kohl's last night. I'm sure they are kind of cheapy, but I never figured they would last more than a season anyway. They were 30% off, I believe?

I am a size 10 & I bought a large, but they are a bit big. The mediums were too short. I am 5'8". They had XL as well, and if you are not too tall I would think you wouldn't have any trouble finding a size that works.

They are thick enough that they don't look like tights.

    HTH

  • I gt mine from target, they have different lengths and the black seem thick enough  that you don't feel like they are tights.   Cheap as well in case you don't like them, I am size 12/14 and I have bought both XL and L
  • I like the ones from Target (Mossimo brand I think). They usually have them on sale for $5 to $10. I like that they have a wide band, which is really nice to control a muffin top...

  • TJ Maxx and Marshall's had some really cute styles. No more than $4-7 per pair.
  • I actually saw some at Target the other night that were pretty cute and went from size XS to XXL, so right up my alley on the XXL.  LOL!  There were on the end cap where they socks/bras, etc are and they were like rolled up into little rolls, if that makes sense?  The bigger sizes seemed to come in the more 'neutral' sizes like grey, black, white...didn't see too many in the other colors like yellow, orange, etc.

I also got a few thick pairs from TJ Maxx. It is my go to store for everything these days, if I dont want to spend too much money.
