15 yr old?!?
Apparently there's been a serial rapist in Kent. He was just caught and confessed...and he's 15! 15! WTF?!? That's crazy!

I have no idea. He did have tatoos. Two random teenage girls (at diff times) were approached and raped by him in Kent. 15 just seems so young for raping random strangers. So crazy.
I haven't heard of raping strangers as part of gang initiations out here, but maybe?
Yah I heard about this....
We had to tell our girl students to be careful walking alone at night, with daylight savings now....crazy conversations to have with 11-12 yr old students...of course we didn't say raped though....I think the word was attacked
ETA: I teach in Kent....that information is needed for this to make sense. haha
