I might need some application dust - Updated
Stuffs has been going on and I dont really want to get into it, but I need to find a more permanent full time job that will get me out of my mom's house. I've been nonchalantly applying here and there because I dont think I really need to worry about it until after the first of the year, but I found a job tonight that's right up my alley.
It's a family service worker assistant type deal at a local nonprofit. Its basically exactly what I did when I worked at the Coalition, but with families instead of childcare providers and I wouldn't be the head, just the assistant. Andplusalso, I would consider this a real job and not just a filler.
The thing is, Im sure this company works with the Coalition and probably knows my old bosses, you know, the ones that trashed me and pushed me out the door.
I guess Im just looking for application dust that they'll consider me and not just push me to the side because of what other people might say about me.

ETA: I applied for three different jobs that are all basically the same at this organization, the one last night and then two more were posted today. I emailed my references today to make sure that they're still okay with it and I found out that one of my best friends from the Coalition is a Supervisor at the organization I applied at. She's going to give me a glowing recommendation. Heck to the yes!
