Re: If you could change one thing
the ability to advance to a new/higher paying position with more responsibility. I am in the type of job where someone has to leave in order for you to move into a new position and people here don't leave. That is one of the main reasons I am starting to look for a new job.
Salary - I have been working on getting a certain raise for a while now and if I got it then I would feel a lot better about staying in the group I'm in.
I'd also like to have less drama in the office and more people that I trust. I can live without that change, but it just gets rather lonely.
One more - I wish people would trust my opinion to do the job that they hired me to do. You brought me in for this, but then you are tying my hands just because you don't understand the subject area as much.
Oops, I guess I couldn't stick with just one thing.
