Dinner is wine 99% of the time. Going out to bars over the summer I started ordering gatorades - love. I'll do that or vodka diet at bars. I get sugary, fun mixed drinks once in a blue moon.
I will order either wine or some kind of liquor on the rocks depending on my mood. The liquor is usually whiskey or rum.
That's pretty much it. Maybe once in a long while I'll get a martini.

It really depends on my mood, the restaurant, what I'm eating, the company and the time of day.
ETA: So for example - mexican food = margarita, breakfast = either a mimosa or a fruity bellini, group outing = maybe beer, nice outing = prob wine
Being pregnant is rough, yo. lol
