Starting Over
Dear Community,

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • I did!!  I think I need to change it up to a different one tomorrow...I did the total body yesterday and today.  Tomorrow might be belly or butt.  Then I won't be able to move the next 2 says probably.  Smile

  • Have you tried Piyo?  it's a pilates/Yoga mix but faster paced so you do stretching, muscle strength, and cardio.  I love it!  I go twice a week and my body has a noticeable difference.

    I've never heard of that!  I don't have much time to get to the gym, but I'll see if I can find a DVD online to do at home.  thanks for the suggestion...that sounds like the perfect thing for me right now!
