I just ordered my new ipod, that's good. Now my old one can take a trip out the damn window where I've been wanting to throw it for the past 3 months.
~ SIL's wedding is this weekend, and she invited me to join her and the BMs to get our nails done on Friday. It made me feel warm and fuzzy inside.
~ Chris and I are getting along much better these days, and I really think things are on the upswing. There's actually been sexy time in the last week!
~ For some reason WW doesnt feel as daunting a task this week as it has been in the past. Maybe it's because I've finally started losing again? Regardless, I'm feeling like I'm finally out of a slump and that makes me happy.
~ I think I finally have a solution to my personal CC/debt issues.
~ I'm looking forward to the Holiday season this year, and have already started my shopping to boot!

- Our friend that bowls with us on Thursdays scored a 289 last week. We are rooting him on for a perfect 300 tomorrow (hopefully)
- We have been in the house almost a year and all the boxes are now unpacked!
- With all the rain we have been getting, the basement has not flooded
- I am having an awesome hair day
- We got decent news this morning at our meeting, so we're on a course now which is good.
- I got a lot of stuff done this week at work and I don't feel quite so overwhelmed about things
- It's been GORGEOUS out the past two days and it feels good to have the windows open in November.
- My friends are awesome. After one of my friends was a huge beotch about her wedding stuff I thought our group might never recover, but she seems to be back to her normal self and we had a great night out on Saturday. And she even texted me this morning. That makes me happy.
* I just picked out my birthday/Xmas present last night. Steve's getting me a tablet. Yay.
*I do not have to work on Thanksgiving and Christmas like I thought I would.
*My birthday is Sunday!
Mine is the following Sunday. Yay for November birthdays!

I think Mz Zane said her birthday is this Sunday too. Birthday twins!
- 3 day weekend is always a positive in my book; especially when the extra day off includes a full day of shopping with my bff and my favorite little boy.
- my mom officially had the talk with my stepdad and he's in agreement that we should buy the house that we're currently living in. We calling my dad and stepmom tonight to talk to them about how to prepare for this (they both do underwriting for a living) and will probably go to the bank this weekend or early next week to look into a loan. We could be home owners by the end of the year!!!
- Jay is meeting with a recruiter about a new job in a completely different field. He's so excited and nervous. If he gets brought on and gets his foot in the door on the project the recruiter is looking at him for it could completely change our lives, for the good of course.
Jay said to me last night that 2012 could possibly "the" year of Jason and Vanessa...I told him if it is I'm gonna be really pissed if the world ends
As much as I hate my job, I love that I have the flexability that I do. Makes crazy-asss weeks like this a little more bearable.
My program may have just snagged some additional rockstar funding after we presented at a conference last Friday.
Today is my Friday.
My friend is interviewing for a job at my company, and he'd be a great person for the role. And he'd get to see his fiancee more, which would be awesome, because he currently works 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am shifts. I feel like this is at least working toward a better life for them.
My house is all packed but 2 end tables, 1 cabinet and our dressers.

~ I don't have to work on Friday. That makes me EXTREMELY happy.
~I too am ready for Christmas. I'm usually all for each holiday getting its time, but I'm ready to bypass Thanksgiving and head straight into the Christmas season. I'm having a really hard time not turning on the Griswalds.....
