SAD lamps
Do any of you know much about the SAD therapy lamps? Do they actually work as far as improving your mood? Any recommendations on particular lamps? They range in price by like $30 to hundreds of dollars.
I'm thinking about getting one for B. Last winter was kind of rough.

Ha! That's hilarious because he was the whitest person in Hawaii (I was the second whitest). He is completely opposed to tanning and he got crabby if we couldn't find chairs in the shade around the pool
