Happy Monday!

How was everyone's weekend?

Mine was nice, but went way too fast as usual. Friday DD and I went to my sis's for dinner and then picked up my bro, his wife and baby at the airport (their in from Florida for the week). Saturday we went to DH's sis's house...DH had to do some electrical work for her and DD and I got to hang with her girl's. That night we drove out to NJ for my aunt's 50th birthday surprise. Yesterday was another night at my sis's for dinner, this time with the whole fam (I'm so glad she lives down the block...and I didn't have to cook twice lol). And that's about it for my weekend.

Have a great day everyone!

Re: Happy Monday!

  • Happy Monday!

Bonnie, your weekend sounds sooo great! I love crazy family-filled weekends! We just got back from Vegas late last night. And then DH decided he had to take our old wardrobe apart and put in on the curb (we're not taking it to the new house), so we were up till 1am (and overslept today of course!)

  • Yeah Bonnie, I agree with Lisichka, your weekend sounds warm and fuzzy. Lisichka, how was Vegas?

My weekend was actually good. I chilled on Saturday basically and cooked and read a bit for school. Sunday I had church and then a friend from my island whom I hadn't seen in over 5 years came by to spend the afternoon with me. It was so very nice.

Today is a holiday for my company so I am taking the day off to go to doctor and check up on baby who has been very active and I can now feel him. It's truly miraculous. DH returns home tonight and I cannot wait!!!

A baby truly is a miracle. I LOVED feeling Sam wiggle and move all around inside (I miss that)...it was the best feeling! Towards the end, as she got bigger, I'd just sit and watch my whole belly move from side to side...she was super active. lol I hope you are feeling well momma...I'm soo happy for you and the hubs! =)
