I can't believe the season isn't going to start until January. It'll be a total of 8 months since their last episode of last season has aired once the newest season begins. I mean...come on!

CWTV says that there will be a 4 year jump like there was with the most recent season. Hopefully it'll pick up quickly and won't drag on. I wonder if Quinn and Clay will have gotten married. I wonder what life will be like with Haley and Nathan having a toddler but their oldest being so old now! I really, really hope they don't replace him and have an obvious this is not the same kid replacement. I hate it when shows do that.

I'm ready for the show to be over with but I'll watch it until the final episode. I've been watching it for this long so why not.

I'm like you. I've been watching it so long, I feel like I have to stick with it till it's over. It's still one of my favorite shows but the last few seasons have really let me down. I really hope they have some guest appearances from Lucas and Peyton though!

Lucas will be returning but not Peyton.

Another 4 year jump???? I didn't watch the 2nd half of last season (and I had been watching since the beginning). I just watched the season finale. I don't know if I'll end up watching this season. I guess I should try.

I hated him as well.

I did know that it wasn't coming back till January though. I think at the end of last season they anounced when it got picked up again it was only picked up for a 12 or 13 episode final season thing. So I'd figured they have it air from Jan to May.

Didn't they do that another time with OTH? Maybe the season right after HS? It seems like it was also a half season.

Yeah it's only half a season, and I read somewhere Nathan is only appearing in about half of the episodes. I can't believe they are doing another time jump. They've done that too much already. I really don't want to watch but I know I will. I wish they would just end it already. The last few seasons have only ruined the show. It's definitely time for it to end.

I read that too. I also read that Chris Keller or whatever his name is will be back for a few episodes. And I think I read that Lucas will be back some as well.

i actually liked the last time jump, because let's face it..."the college years" rarely works out well.

Also, did you know that they're FINALLY streaming all seasons on Netflix? No more waiting for DVDs!

I loved their son! He is adorable! I haven't watched last season yet, but I would see bits and pieces. I don't like that they would rag on Peyton for not bring around. The creators got rid of them why write it in the script that she is a bad friend? That makes me really mad. I wonder why Lucas is coming back but not Peyton.

I liked the first few seasons of this show, but it needs to just end already. The story lines have been so strange the past few seasons. I will continue to watch because it's only a few more episodes, but this is an example of when to quit while you're ahead.

I agree. To me that was saying: after a four year jump (several years ago) OTH has spent 4 seasons exploring experiences 20 somethings. They will continue to do so with the next season.
